Lost or Stolen Cards
To report a lost or stolen Member Card, GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard, GOLD GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard or CU Credit MasterCard
call 1-800-LOST-111 (1-800-567-8111) and press 3 to speak with a CUETS
representative. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. CHOICE REWARDS
The MasterCard CHOICE REWARDS points program lets you collect
points whenever you use your CU Credit MasterCard and/or your GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard and GOLD GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard, and redeem them
for free
merchandise, travel, or charitable donation. Points from both cards can be consolidated when redeeming.
And now, we are pleased to announce that CHOICE REWARDS and Platinum Class MasterCard® cardholders can choose to redeem their points for CASH, which they will receive by way of a statement credit.
Redemptions can be made by phone or online at www.choicerewards.ca the same way members do today for travel, brand-name merchandise or to make a charitable donation. Cash value is equal to 1% of the cardholder’s total point value and can be redeemed for unlimited Cash Rewards at three levels:
Our CHOICE REWARDS Member Card Loyalty Program gives members the ability to accumulate reward points on retail
purchases made with their MemberCard debit card, no matter where the
purchases are made. All members with a MemberCard debit card will have
the ability to have their MemberCard linked to their CHOICE REWARDS
from their GLOBAL PAYMENT or GOLD GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard. You earn 10 points for every purchase of $20 or greater! Transactions
made at ATMs are not eligible for points.
You can also link up to four other Member Cards from your household, such as your spouse or children, to your CHOICE REWARDS GLOBAL PAYMENT or GOLD GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard card to earn points even faster!
Through www.choicerewards.ca you can redeem your CHOICE REWARDS points online, point-pool multiple accounts, and view point top-up options for travel and merchandise redemptions.
If you prefer to call-in to redeem points, or who want to speak with an agent about a redemption, you can call the Rewards Centre. Customer service agents are equipped with the same online tools as cardholders to ensure a seamless experience.

Pre-Authorized Debit Service Payment Plan!
Are you retired, travel frequently or for extended periods of time? Maybe you pay your credit card balance in full on a regular basis or aren't using an online banking system.
CHOICE REWARDS® MasterCard® Credit Cardholders now have the opportunity to set up a Pre-Authorized Debit Service Payment Plan. This means, cardholders will be able to authorize automatic payments from their operating account each month to their MasterCard credit card account.
Easy, convenient, automatic.
To set up the Payment Plan, simply complete the Authorization for Personal Pre-Authorized Debit Service form at cucardsonline.com by clicking ‘Services’ in the left navigation area. You can then select either your Total Minimum Payment Due or New Balance Total to be withdrawn from your operating account on your Minimum Payment Due Date each month. You may modify your payment arrangement or account information at any time by calling Customer Service at 1-800-561-7849. You may also cancel your authorization at any time, subject to providing 30 days notice.
Debit Cards
Your Innovation Credit Union MemberCard debit card is your key to personal
banking freedom. Use it, along with your PIN (Personal Identification
Number), at ACCULINK®, Interac, or Cirrus automated teller machines
and at merchant locations displaying the Interac Direct Payment and Maestro
logos.
Your MemberCard debit card allows you to make deposits, transfer funds
between your accounts, pay for purchases, and even pay your bills!
NOTE: When you receive a new debit card in the mail, it will come secured to a letter. When you remove the card from the letter, please be sure that you also remove all of the glue from the card as this can damage ATM machines. Thank you!
GLOBAL PAYMENT and GOLD GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCards
The GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard and Gold GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard cards offer you the convenience, flexibility and worldwide global acceptance of a traditional MasterCard credit card. GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCards can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted including shopping online and accessing cash at an ATM. But unlike the traditional MasterCard credit card, the funds are automatically moved from your credit union account to pay off the balance after the transaction is completed. GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCards are a convenient extension of your account and are only available through your credit union.
