Innovation Credit Union is not like any other financial institution. One of the things we take pride in ourselves in is that we have all of our positions "in-house". We have departments with specialists working in them that you would only see in big city or out-of-province organizations. Some of the behaviors we look for in employees include: team work and cooperation, adaptability to change, communication, results driven and initiative. Administration/Support
These departments help to ensure proper documentation is done, that items are posted correctly and that the paper work is done so that the other employees can service our members. If you have high attention to detail along with superb initiative, then a career in Administration or Support may interest you.

Finance/Accounting/Governance
These are the employees that ensure we are staying in budget, have sound investments and play a part in auditing our processes and procedures. If you love working with numbers and have a concern for order, quality and compliance, then a position in any of these departments may be for you.

Human Resources
Performance Management, recruitment, development, compensation, benefits and payroll is what this department is all about. If you are looking for a career in Human Resources, you have great communication skills and a desire to help people.

Information Systems
This department ensures that our computers, telephones and photocopiers work, that our technology is up to date and that our systems are secure. If you are looking for a career in this department and you have exceptional information seeking skills and love keeping up on all the new technology.

Investment Services
These are the employees that provide us with investment expertise and knowledge and are aware of the market's fluctuations. If you are interested in investments, insurances, financial planning or estate planning, then you may want a career in Investment Services.

Retail
This team builds relationships with our members in order to satisfy their needs of consumer, residential, agricultural and commercial loans. If you enjoy helping others achieve dreams such as purchasing a new home, a new car or even furthering their education, then a career in lending may be for you.

Facilities
This department has to know how to read building plans, understand contracts, fix a boiler and swing a hammer. If you have versatile knowledge and capabilities in the areas of maintenance, renovation, electricity and plumbing, a career in Facilities might interest you.

Management/Supervisory
These are the leaders of the organization who develop, coach and mentor the rest of the staff while providing direction in achieving organizational goals. If you have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing others, perhaps you are destined for a Manager or Supervisory position.

Marketing
This team looks after all Innovation Credit Union's communication and community relations including: signage, advertising, promotional material and media interaction. If you are a creative person with outstanding communication skills and love working with the community, a career in Marketing might be right for you.

Member Service
These are the employees that you first see when you walk into our branches. They are the ones that greet you with a smile and provide you with your basic financial needs. If you have exceptional customer service skills, enjoy working with the public and helping people every day, then perhaps Member Service is where you should be.
