On Monday, March 1, CHOICE REWARDS and Platinum Class rewards unveiled new functionality changes with the official re-launch of www.choicerewards.ca.

In addition to a fresh new look, they have introduced CHOICE REWARDS MasterCard, Platinum Class MasterCard and GLOBAL PAYMENT MasterCard members to a series of new and innovative redemption options including online point redemption, multiple account point-pooling, and point top-up options for travel and merchandise redemptions.

From March 1 to May 31, all cardholders who redeem their points online will receive a bonus 500 points on their account. This promotion applies to all online redemptions for travel, merchandise and charitable donations.

To personalize each cardholder’s online experience they have included tools that will let members create an online profile where they can set preferences, list their interests and receive targeted information about travel and merchandise. CHOICE REWARDS and Platinum Class cardholders will be able to choose from a huge selection of brand-name merchandise and check the order status online. Plus they can now redeem points online for travel, hotels, gift cards or charity donations.

New Rewards Centre
They have also introduced a new Rewards Centre to provide customer support. It offers additional flexibility for those cardholders who prefer to call-in to redeem points, or who want to speak with an agent about a redemption. Customer service agents will be equipped with the same online tools as cardholders to ensure a seamless experience.
