What is Co-op Camp?

The Saskatchewan Co-operative Youth Program's (SCYP) Co-op Camp is a series of camps throughout July and August where youth ages 12 to 18 from all across Saskatchewan come together to meet new people, develop leadership skills, learn more about co-operatives and have a great time.

Every activity at a Co-op camp is hands-on and interactive, which teaches participants to work together. SCYP also offers recreational and social activities such as swimming, canoeing, volleyball, campfires, and more!

Earl Hanson Graduate Co-op Camp

We're thrilled to also sponsor the Earl Hanson Graduate Co-op Camp for senior campers.

This week long camp from July 31st to August 5th is named in honor of Earl who was a passionate supporter of co-operative organizations. He was a confident, well-spoken leader and volunteer with a great sense of humour who enjoyed the outdoors—a perfect reflection of what co-op camp represents and inspires.

Thank you, Earl.
