Ballot Package

Our voting period is here!

We’re seeking your approval for us to apply to become a federal credit union headquartered right here in Saskatchewan.

We sent eligible members a ballot package in November. The package includes:

  • an introductory letter that includes your Member Number
  • a voting information booklet PDF Document that lets you know how, when, and where you can vote
  • a mail-in ballot and pre-paid envelope, one of four methods you can use to vote on our proposal (one ballot per envelope, please).

Please be sure to mail this is in before December 1st to ensure we receive it in time. Or simply drop it off at any of our branch locations.

IMPORTANT: You don't have to put a Member Number or date of birth on your mail-in ballot as the pre-paid envelope's barcode is personalized for you.

To vote online, over the phone, or in person, you'll need the following for authentication:

  • your date of birth
  • your Member Number
  • if you're voting in person at one of our polling stations, you'll also need one piece of Government issued identification

Thank you in advance for participating in this exciting moment in our credit union's history and future!
