There are 4 ways you can vote on Innovation's Special Resolution to apply to become a federal credit union located right here in Saskatchewan:

Mail-in ballot

We mailed all eligible voting members a ballot package in mid-November that included a mail-in ballot and prepaid envelope. Please be sure to mail this is in before December 1st to ensure we receive it in time. Or simply drop it off at any of our branch locations.

NOTE: You don't have to put your Member Number or date of birth on your mail-in ballot if you use the pre-paid envelope, as it's personalized for you.

You can vote online by visiting

Paper ballot
You can vote at any of our advice centres during regular business hours

To vote online, over the phone, or in person, you'll need the following for authentication:

  • your date of birth
  • your Member Number
  • if you're voting in person at one of our polling stations, you'll also need one piece of Government issued identification
The voting period is 7:00 p.m. November 22nd to 7:00 p.m. December 8th.

Remember to re-visit the voting information package so that you can make an informed decision.
