Strong PAC

Your online security is extremely important to us. That's why we're further enhancing our online banking and mobile app security with increased personal access code (PAC) requirements.

Please follow these easy steps to change your PAC.

More information for Mobile App and Online Banking users Expand/Collapse

For our online banking and mobile app users, you'll be prompted to enter your current PAC, enter a new PAC of your choosing, and verify it by entering it again.

Your new PAC needs to be 8 to 30 characters in length and must include each of the following:
  • an upper case letter,
  • a lower case letter,
  • a number
We also recommend that you include at least one limited special character (@,#,$,-,|,!).

More information for Small Business Online Banking users Expand/Collapse

For our small business online banking users, you'll be prompted to enter your current PAC, enter a new PAC of your choosing, and verify it by entering it again.

Your new PAC needs to be 8 to 30 characters in length and must include each of the following:
  • an upper case letter,
  • a lower case letter,
  • a number

We also recommend that you include at least one limited special character (@,#,$,-,|,!).

Delegates
If you've assigned delegates (people within your business who have limited access to your online banking accounts), you will need to activate them after updating your password.

Choose Add/Modify Delegate then Edit on your inactive delegate. Choose Active in the status dropdown menu.

We strongly suggest you reset the password for your delegate. You can then communicate the password to your delegate in a secure way. Upon the delegate's first login, they'll be asked to upgrade to the more secure alpha numeric password.

Business Online Banking and Telephone Banking Users Expand/Collapse

Business online banking and telephone banking users will not need to change their PAC. You'll continue using your current 5-8 digit PAC.
If you have any questions about updating your PAC, we'd be happy to help you:
