Service disruption

Impact to ALL Innovation Members

We're adding our Goodsoil and Pierceland members to our banking system from 4:30 p.m. April 12th to April 14th. This will result in some service disruptions for ALL Innovation members.

We apologize for the following disruptions during this time:
  • Interrupted ATM and POS access for debit cards and Global Payment Mastercards. Please ensure you have cash on hand just in case.
  • All of our advice centres, including our call centre, will be closed 4:30pm Friday, April 12th and reopen Monday, April 15th (regular hours of service).
  • Online banking, telephone banking, and your mobile app will be unavailable during this time.
