    How to download to an Apple device Expand/Collapse

    1. Using your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch), search for Innovation Credit Union in the Apple App Store
    2. Select the Innovation app icon and verify that the author of the app is Innovation Credit Union.
    3. Tap the icon marked Free then tap again when it changes to Install
    4. Enter your Apple App Store password
    5. Enter your debit card number (Login ID) and create a nickname (e.g. your first name) and you're done!

    How to download to an Android device Expand/Collapse

    1. Using your Android device, search for Innovation Credit Union in the Google Play Store
    2. Select the Innovation app icon and verify that the author of the app is Innovation Credit Union.
    3. Tap the Install button then tap the Accept button.
    4. Once the app is finished installing, tap the open button
    5. Enter your debit card number (Login ID) and create a nickname (e.g. your first name) and you're done!
