"If you ask some people, they might say "nothing" but rest assured, I keep myself busy. I wear a few hats and get to work with Board and management on Organizational Strategy and I also get to work with our small but mighty community team to ensure that Innovation can live out our Cooperative Values and find ways to give back to our Communities and try to find small ways to improve the lives of people and communities around us.

My favourite thing about working here is the flexibility in which our people are able to work and how our culture is "uncorporate". It is not uncommon to have our CEO wandering around talking to everyone and anyone. Uncorporate does not mean unprofessional or unproductive - we get a lot done but we do it collaboratively and enjoy ourselves while doing it."

Fun fact: "I went on my first kayak trip in Northern Saskatchewan back on 2004 with some friends. What started as trip with some friends to experience the outdoors in northern Saskatchewan has to offer has turned into an annual kayak adventure every year since."
