"At the heart of my role as VP of Consumer Advisors at Innovation Federal Credit Union is people helping people. I love working with our teams to remove barriers, challenge the status quo, and find simpler and better ways to serve our members. To me, innovation doesn’t always mean creating something new. Sometimes it starts by simply asking, “Could we do this better?”

I’m especially passionate about developing people and creating opportunities for them to grow. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing someone build confidence and recognize potential in themselves that they may not have seen before."

Fun Fact: "Banking is also part of my family story. As a multi-generational banker whose parents both had careers in banking, I learned early about the trust people place in their financial institution and the impact great advice can have. Those lessons continue to shape how I approach both the members we serve and the people I have the privilege of leading."
