Sign Up for Digital Banking or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Telephone Banking

Sign Up for E-Statements

  • If you're not a digital banker, call us at 1.866.446.7001 to get set-up.
  • Log into digital banking
  • Choose More > Statements > E-Statement Subscription
  • Provide your consent
  • Confirm your subscription

Please ensure we have a correct/current email address for you:

  • Log into digital banking
  • Select your Profile from the top right corner of your screen
  • Choose Update Profile
  • Make your necessary edits
  • You'll receive a verification code you can enter to confirm it's you making the changes to your profile

Set Up Direct Deposit for Payroll and Government Cheques

To have your pay cheque automatically deposited:

  • Log into digital banking
  • Choose Accounts > View Accounts
  • Select the account you are wanting the form for
  • At the bottom of the accounts detail page you will find the Direct Deposit and Pre-Authorized Debit Form
  • Print off the form and give it to your employer

You can also call us to help with Direct Deposit for other deposits such as:

  • child tax benefits,
  • Employment Insurance (EI) payments,
  • pension payments,
  • old age security payments, and
  • disability payments.

Set Up Pre-Authorized Payments and Transfers

Call us to set up a pre-authorized payment or transfer for you. It can be scheduled for any frequency and amount you need.

You can view your account statements in a few ways:

  • Get digital banking access in minutes. You can then see your account balance and transactions in real-time and access your statements whenever you like.
  • You can receive a secure email of your statement upon request.
  • If you’re close to an Innovation advice centre, we can also print off a copy of your most recent statement.

Contact us to get set up on digital banking. You can then:

  • Log into digital banking
  • Choose More > Statements > E-Statement Subscription
  • Provide your consent
  • Confirm your subscription

To view your e-statements:

  • Choose More > Statements > View E-Statement
  • Select the account you wish to see a statement for
  • Choose the statement date
  • A PDF will be downloaded to your computer, or you can Share Details on your device

You can pick up a new Debit Mastercard from any Innovation location.

You can pick up a few individual cheques at our Meadow Lake, North Battleford, or Swift Current locations. We can arrange for these cheques to be couriered to other advice centre locations as well.
