$100 Member Referral Offer

1. Offer Overview

Between October 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”), Innovation Federal Credit Union members in Canada (excluding Quebec) are invited to refer friends and family to Innovation Federal Credit Union (“Innovation”). If a referred person opens a No-Fee Chequing Account and meets the conditions below, the Referring Member and the Referred New Member will each receive a $100 bonus (together, the “Offer”), subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

• “Referring Member” means a current Innovation member who refers another person under this Offer.
• “Referred New Member” means the person who opens an eligible account after being referred by a Referring Member.
• “Account” means an Innovation Federal Credit Union No-Fee Chequing Account.
• “Qualifying transaction” means any deposit, withdrawal, bill payment, transfer or debit purchase posted to the Account.
• “Good standing” means an account that is active and is not in an unauthorized overdraft or a delinquent status.

3. Eligibility — Referring Member

• Must be a current Innovation member.
• Must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and be a Canadian resident outside Quebec.
• Must hold an open, active Innovation account that is in good standing.
• Employees of Innovation and their immediate family members are not eligible.

4. Eligibility — Referred New Member

• Must be new to Innovation, or a former member who has not been a member since January 1, 2016.
• ·Must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence and be a Canadian resident outside Quebec.
• Must meet Innovation’s membership and account opening approval criteria.
• ·Employees of Innovation and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Referrals must be made by December 31, 2026. The remaining Offer conditions may be completed after that date, within the timelines set out below.

5. Offer Conditions — Referring Member ($100 Member Referral Bonus)

The Referring Member will be eligible to receive the $100 Member Referral Bonus after the Referred New Member has met each of the following conditions:

• Successfully opens an Account, online or at an Advice Centre, by December 31, 2026;
• Enrolls in Digital Banking through Innovation’s mobile app or online banking; and
• Within 60 days of opening the Account, conducts a minimum of 15 qualifying transactions, with the Account remaining active and in good standing throughout the 60-day period and at the time the Offer is paid.

The Referring Member’s own account must be in good standing at the time the Offer is paid.

6. Offer Conditions — Referred New Member ($100 New Member Bonus)

The Referred New Member will be eligible to receive the $100 New Member Bonus after meeting all of the following conditions:

• Successfully opens an Account, online or at an Advice Centre, by December 31, 2026;
• Enrolls in Digital Banking through Innovation’s mobile app or online banking; and
• Within 60 days of opening the Account, conducts a minimum of 15 qualifying transactions, keeping the Account active and in good standing throughout the 60-day period and at the time the Offer is paid.

7. Payment of the Offer

• Each $100 bonus will be deposited into the eligible recipient’s No-Fee Chequing Account (or other operating account) in the third month following the month the Referred New Member’s Account was opened, provided all Offer Conditions have been met. Example: for an Account opened in October 2026, the bonus is deposited by January 31, 2027.
• There is no limit on the number of referrals a Referring Member can make. Each Referred New Member generates one $100 Member Referral Bonus and one $100 New Member Bonus.
• For a joint Account, only one $100 New Member Bonus will be paid, deposited into the joint Account.
• Bonuses may be a taxable benefit. The recipient is solely responsible for any tax consequences.

8. Combination With Other Offers

This Offer cannot be combined with any other new member or referral cash bonus offer.

9. General Terms

• The Referred New Member will be charged a fee of $30 if they close their No-Fee Chequing Account within 180 days of opening it, as per Innovation’s Account and Fee Information brochure. Account fees and features are described in that brochure and in the Account agreement.
• The Offer is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent.
• Immediate family means spouse, children (including stepchildren and sons/daughters-in-law), anyone in a guardianship capacity, parents (including stepparents), siblings and siblings-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren of the individual or their spouse.
• Innovation may change or cancel this Offer without notice, except that members who have already met the Offer Conditions will receive the Offer as described.
• Innovation may revoke the Offer for any member who appears to be manipulating or abusing the Offer or engaging in suspicious or fraudulent activity. Innovation’s records are final and determinative in all matters relating to the Offer.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Offer (including referral information and account details) will be used to administer the Offer, verify eligibility, and process bonus payments. Innovation will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at https://www.innovationcu.ca/legal/privacy-and-security.html) and applicable privacy law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Offer, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Innovation Federal Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Offer or receipt of any bonus payment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation’s total liability in connection with this Offer will not exceed the value of the applicable bonus payment.

12. Governing Law

This Offer is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
