Innovation Federal Credit Union Opens Modern Advice Centre in Saskatoon

Innovation Federal Credit Union is opening a “self-serve” advice centre/branch in Saskatoon on April 5, 2024. The advice centre is located right across from the University of Saskatchewan at 1402 College Drive.

“This advice centre is a different take on a traditional branch,” says Innovation CEO, Daniel Johnson. “Although more members are using our digital banking capabilities, many still visit our advice centres for in-person conversations about some of their more complex financial needs. You can grab a coffee, open an account, have a virtual meeting with financial experts, get help with your digital banking needs, and of course access our ATM. We have advisors on site if you need guidance – it’s just a unique way to better meet our members’ evolving needs and digital capabilities.”

In phase two, the location will also be a “collaboration hub”, providing people with spacious meeting rooms and comfortable study areas.

“The collaboration hub is perfect for U of S students looking for a close location to brainstorm on projects or study,” says Innovation CEO, Daniel Johnson. “It’s also the perfect space for community groups to hold meetings. We can’t wait to give our members free access to this space soon.”

To celebrate the advice centre’s opening on April 5th, visitors can enjoy coffee, treats, and door prizes from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
