Since its inception in 2009, GoGreen has contributed to the planting of more than 4,500 trees and shrubs in our community!
About GoGreen

GoGreen is an annual event with a goal to beautify our community and minimize our carbon footprint. Projects include tree and shrub planting, landscaping, pathway clean-up, flower bed maintenance, and mulching.
GoGreen 2026 is taking place Friday, September 18th, in partnership with Stark & Marsh and the City of Swift Current.
Over 100 Volunteers Help Every Year
Join the GoGreen team! You can help with a variety of projects on a morning and/or afternoon crew. Volunteer shifts run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
You'll receive a complimentary BBQ lunch as a thank you!

GoGreen Community Lunch
Join us for a BBQ lunch at Market Square from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM! Enjoy a burger, chips, and a drink for just $10. All proceeds will support the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Swift Current Branch.
