Innovation Platinum AON Best Employer

Innovation Credit Union is very excited to announce it has been selected as a Platinum Level AON Best Employer of Canada!

There are two levels of recognition for AON Best Employers in Canada – Platinum or Gold. To be recognized as a Best Employer, organizations need to perform strongly on employee engagement, leadership, performance culture, and employment brand.
